Building partnerships.
Delivering responsible recycling.
I connect producers, recyclers and teams to turn EPR commitments into coordinated action, strong partnerships and responsible resource recovery.

With 11+ years of professional experience across financial services and waste management, I bring together commercial understanding, operational coordination and customer relationships. From understanding producer obligations to aligning collection, recycling and customer expectations, I focus on making the moving parts work together.
At Allied Waste Solutions, I work across customer support and alliances, with experience spanning extended producer responsibility (EPR), asset recovery, recycling partnerships and sustainability programmes.

Casio India
Recycle Responsibly
For a household holding on to unused electronics, awareness is only one part of the answer. The other is a practical way to hand them over. Casio India’s Recycle Responsibly campaign brought these two needs together through neighbourhood outreach and mobile e-waste collection.
With SHEOWS as the implementing NGO and Allied Waste Solutions as the on-ground execution partner, the campaign combined seven collection vehicles with community engagement across Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad and Greater Noida. AWS’s remit covered outreach, logistics and compliance coordination.

Beach cleanup
Casio India’s Recycle Responsibly beach-cleanup drive brought volunteers together to collect litter along the shoreline. This campaign film captures the shared effort and the people putting environmental awareness into action.
Asset recovery
programme development

An asset recovery programme must connect stock validation, product readiness and an appropriate route for reuse. In a customer engagement, I helped develop the reverse commerce and asset recovery approach, coordinated agreement documentation, and communicated progress as the programme moved into execution.
The programme progressed through inspection, repairs and battery replacement, with functional products distributed through awareness activities, events and gifting channels. My contribution centred on customer alignment, progress reporting and the coordination needed to connect the commercial agreement with these activities.
Functional products returned to use through managed distribution channels, supported by customer reporting and programme coordination.
Small Act, Big Impact
Programme initiation · 2026Awareness needs to reach people in the settings where everyday disposal decisions happen. AWS’s Small Act, Big Impact brought e-waste, batteries, plastics and other waste streams into customer awareness programmes.
My involvement included customer communication on the programme’s initiation and the link between awareness activities and responsible waste management. The focus was on building participation around an understandable message.
